Most patients can resume daily activities within 48 hours after the surgery. Temporary vision fluctuation may occur around days 2–3, but from days 4–5 onward, vision gradually improves. Typically, patients achieve 20/20 to 20/15 (1.0–1.2) vision within two weeks.
